About Me (SHe/hER)

Jeanne-Louise is a Bay Area native with over 15 years of experience practicing Pilates. After spinal fusion surgery of her mid-back for scoliosis in her late teens, she discovered the power of Pilates as a way to strengthen her core and support her back. Her teaching style is founded on the belief that there is joy in movement wherever you body is in that day/moment, accepting what our body has gone through in the past and allowing it to move in the now. She will guide you to connect mind to body and movement to breath using precision and control. Her approach is to allow all bodies to move in a way that feels good and empowering, layering challenges and modifications while finding your flow and linking movements with breath. You will lengthen and strengthen your muscles in a way that’s right for you. Together we will breathe, flow, and realize our resilience.
